22 Salon – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to 22 Salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.
Appointments
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled services.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or modify appointments for late arrivals (10 minutes or more).
- Bookings may require a deposit to confirm the appointment, which may be non-refundable in case of cancellation (see cancellation policy).
2.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount and may be required to prepay future bookings.
3.
Payments
- We accept cash, debit, credit, and selected digital payment methods.
- All services must be paid in full immediately after completion.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 72 hours. We will offer a complimentary adjustment, if appropriate.
- Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
5.
Health & Safety
- Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s behavior or condition poses a risk to our team or other guests.
6.
Personal Belongings
- 22 Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit. We recommend keeping valuables with you.
7.
Children & Guests
- For safety and space, we kindly request that only clients receiving services be in the service area.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service.
8.
Privacy
- Client information is collected solely for providing services and communicating important salon updates.
- We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
9.
Photography & Marketing
- We may take before/after photos for portfolio or social media. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
10.
Right to Refuse Service
- 22 Salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with policies, or health/safety concerns.
